Where We Started

Service contractors across roofing, HVAC, electrical, and 13 other trades were losing bids, chasing late payments, and fielding endless 'project status' calls — all because their operations ran on Word docs, text messages, and spreadsheets. The opportunity was clear: build software that makes every contractor look as professional as the work they deliver.

This is the reality many businesses face: strong service, loyal customers, but a digital presence that fails to reflect either. The gap between how good a business is and how well it presents online is where revenue is lost every day.

How We Navigated It

We designed and developed ErgoMatk from the ground up — a full-stack SaaS platform covering proposals, e-signatures, invoicing, job scheduling, team management, and a branded client portal. The platform ships with pre-loaded line items, job types, and proposal templates for 16 trade verticals, so contractors are productive from day one. Stripe Connect powers direct payment collection, and a no-login magic-link client portal eliminates the back-and-forth entirely.

The work wasn't just aesthetic—it was strategic architecture. Every element was designed to serve a specific role in the conversion funnel, from the homepage hero through to the contact form and automated follow-up sequence.
